Technical help.
This page will solve 100% of the problems you might be having using our website and viewing work at home job information.
To Login:
When you click on any Member Only feature of our website, such as the "Jobs" button in the Member Room, our system will AUTOMATICALLY give you a box that asks you for your userid & password. You can also use the 'Member Login' link on any page of our site. Be sure you enter userid & password EXACTLY as it appeared on your "Welcome" email. If you enter it correctly you will be able to use our website freely with no problems.
If you do have problems, this information will help you fix any problems you might have...
If the system keeps telling you "Whoops" and is not accepting your User ID and password when you try to enter it...
- Make sure you are entering your userid and password EXACTLY as it appeared in your original "Welcome" email. It must be EXACT and you must use all lower case letters. If you don't have your "Welcome" email any longer and do not know your User ID and password, it can be emailed to you here.)
If you are able to log in and able to view jobs but only get a blank screen when you try to view contact information, your system is not allowing Java. Do the following:
- Change your Windows and browser settings to fully allow Java Script.
- Disable any Pop-Up Window Blockers that may be preventing our contact window to open.
- If steps 1 and 2 don't work, try accessing our site from a different browser. There is likely something wrong with the browser you're using. You can download a FREE copy of FireFox from Mozilla, a very good browser, here.
Your Java setting can be changed when you've finished viewing our website if you prefer to keep this setting disabled, but most websites on the internet use Java
- scripts and doing so may continue to give you problems.
IF YOU USE A MACINTOSH COMPUTER AND CAN LOG IN BUT CAN NOT SEE JOBS...
- The problem you're experiencing has nothing to do with our site. Some Macintosh computers have a bug that prevents their computer from being fully internet compatible. Please visit the Macintosh website for free solutions to correct the problem on your computer and then visit our site again. This link may help you: http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/safari.html
You can also download a free copy of a Mac-compatible FIREFOX browser here:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR OTHER PROBLEMS:
If you can't log in because you get an error box that asks you to contact Customer Service, contacting Customer Service is the only way to solve the problem and restore access.
If it appears that our website hasn't loaded completely...
- We recommend emptying your cache memory and closing your browser. Rebooting at that time is recommended. Then go back to our website and try again, making sure you allow our whole website to load before you click on anything. Sometimes these problems are also caused if your system does not have enough memory.
If you are unable to get a log in box to enter your userid & password...
- You have probably allowed your browser (usually Explorer) to enter your userid & password for you automatically and it is somehow incorrect. If this is the case, you'll need to figure out how to go back into your browser's password file and delete or change the userid & password so it is correct or so you can automatically enter it. We can not provide the technical help for your specific browser.
If you are just getting a completely blank screen...
- Somehow the page is not or was not loading fully. Try again. If it still doesn't work, empty your cache memory, (because your cache memory could be saving a bad copy of our site), reboot your system and try again, making sure you allow enough time for the page to load completely.
If this information does not solve your access problem there may be a problem with your browser. Please download a current copy of the browser you use, use a different computer to use our site, or download a free copy of the Firefox browser here at: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox
If your problem is not corrected by following these instructions, email us so we can help you. We will need to know:
- Whether or not you received our original "Welcome" email and the "Thank you" email.
- EXACTLY what you are typing for the userid and password
- EXACTLY what is happening on your system (including EXACTLY what happens, and when, what the error message is and exactlywhen the problem is happening.)
- What system and browser you are using.
- What steps you have already taken to correct the problem and the result.
