Work Description:
The leader in virtual staffing is actively seeking Virtual Staffing Consultants (sales reps) to help the company gain market share and sales revenues. Since its start in 2003, company's sales have grown at a steady 400% increase per year. That's not enough for the owners of this company, however. Their goal is to remain the leader in virtual staffing and stay on top indefinitely. We are 100% virtual, meaning that everyone in the company, even the company executives work from their own home-based offices. Our Virtual Staffing Consultants can work from their own home-based offices or they may choose to travel to trade shows. It's all up to you. Virtual staffing is expected to be a $108 Billion industry by the year 2008. There's no reason you can't have your piece of that pie! You can:
- Work from home and sell our virtual staffing services on-line or in person.
- Prospect on your own and receive qualified leads for prospects from the world headquarters.
- Close sales without ever leaving your home office.
Growth opportunities available to become a Team Sales Manager while still working from home.
We're looking for high-energy individuals with outstanding interpersonal skills and previous, proven sales success to sell our virtual staffing solutions while not being restricted to a limited territory. Qualifications and Requirements for this Sales, Marketing position:
Must have at least one year business to business sales experience with documented success. Our Virtual Staffing Consultants should have:
Previous business to business sales experience with documented performance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Willingness to learn a new, ground-breaking industry
