ANSWER IN-BOUND PHONE CALLS FROM PROSPECTIVE TELOCITY CUSTOMERS AND PRESENT THE BENEFITS OF COMPANY'S SERVICE OVER COMPETITORS. MUST MEET OR EXCEED INDIVIDUAL QUOTAS AND QUALITY ASSURANCE STANDARDS.

Qualifications and Requirements for this Typing, Data Entry, Clerical, Admin position:
MUST BE PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT 98 OR LATER, MICROSOFT OFFICE, INTERNET EXPLORER OR SIMILAR BROWSER, AND BE ABLE TO USE ORDER MANGEMENT SOFTWARE. MUST HAVE TWO PHONE LINES OR ONE LINE AND DSL. MUST HAVE STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, AND AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE.
