JOB: Travel Agent

Work Description:
* Provide a high level of customer service
* Provide technical support for clients using online booking tools
* Work with technical suppliers (internal or external) to resolve customer concerns
* Manage email contacts and reservations
* Complete all PNR’s in accordance with client specific needs
* Understand and use non published/negotiated/consolidator fares
* Establish and maintain a strong client rapport

Qualifications and Requirements for this Miscellaneous Category position:
Candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
* College diploma in Travel and Tourism, CTC designation is an asset
* Minimum 5 years business travel experience required
* Apollo experience is preferred
* Sabre or Amadeus experience
* International and US market knowledge required
* Strong team player with qualities including exceptional time management and organizational skills
* Proven ability to work independently and adapt well to varied situations
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Experience with the online tool “Get There” an asset
* Shift work required
