We need a charismatic, persuasive salesperson who doesn't take "no" for an answer. You'll be talking to party planners, DJs, photographers about advertising on our site, the #1 site for families planning a bar or bat mitzvah.

Qualifications and Requirements for this Sales, Marketing position:
You must:
*Have a working knowledge of Judaism/Jewish culture.
*Be self-motivated in terms of handling the day-to-day business and a self-starter who looks for ways to grow sales, and partnerships.
*Be self-disciplined, organized and good at prioritizing.
*Be detail-oriented, and provide strong follow-through without management oversight.
*Have skills to eventually manage other salespeople ? oversee their work, diagnose what they need to be effective and give clear help and motivation.
*Have strong writing skills to communicate internally with company staff and externally with customers.
*Have personal enthusiasm for the company?s work and a positive, upbeat, can-do spirit - ?whatever it takes? during this building phase.
You need a phone and a computer with MS Word and Excel and know how to use both. You'll also be using contact management software which you already either own or we'll provide.
