Our Operations team is looking for four Quality Specialists to help identify defects, validate accuracy and work closely with system partners in an evolving quality program. We are in search of team players with a professional attitude and the ability to see quality from a customer perspective. Primary responsibilities include:
* Auditing monthly health statements and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
* Ensuring all account activity is accurately represented on Monthly Health Statements and EOBs
* Ensuring quality and compliance with appeals regulations
* Analyzing audit data to create process improvement
* Auditing for consumer messages and alerts
* Working with system partners to ens

Qualifications and Requirements for this Typing, Data Entry, Clerical, Admin position:
Experience with customer service is required. Candidates who also have experience in claims and auditing will be preferred. Proficiency in TOPS and/or IDT programs is essential. Familiarity with GFLX and PRIME is a plus. A high level of professionalism and the ability to communicate effectively are critical to this role. Completion of some college is ideal.
