PERFORM QUALITY ASSURANCE AUDITS ON PHONE CALLS, EMAILS AND CHATS! REVIEW AND GRADE CUSTOMER CONTACT EVENTS FOR TECHNICAL ACCURACY, COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AND OBSERVABLE SOFT SKILLS. MAY ALSO GRADE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITH CONTACT.

Qualifications and Requirements for this Miscellaneous Category position:
MUST LIVE IN PA. MIN ASSOC DEGREE, BACHELOR PREFERRED. MUST HAVE SAFE AND HEALTHFUL HOME OFFICE, ABLE TO TYPE 35 WPM W/ACCURACY OF 85% OR MORE. MUST HAVE HI SPEED INTERNET AND PC WITH WINDOWS XP, WORD AND EXCEL. CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED. STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS REQUIRED. MUST BE ABLE TO SIT, USE HANDS, FINERS, TALK AND HEAR AND FULLY COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH.
