Work Description:
A FULLTIME, REG EMPLOYEE POSITION. ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PLANS FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING PROJECTS RELATED TO FDOT AND MUNICIPAL DESIGN. WORK WILL PRIMARILY INVOLVE ROADWAY DESIGN BUT MAY ALSO INCLUDE DRAINAGE AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING ASSISTANCE.

Qualifications and Requirements for this Miscellaneous Category position:
MUST LIVE IN PALM HARBOR, FLORIDA AREA AND HAVE A BSCE & FLORIDA PE, OR ABILITY TO BECOME LICENSED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA IMMEDIATELY. MUST HAVE MIN 5 YRS EXPERIENCE WITH FDOT OR LOCAL MUNICIPAL PROJECTS INCLUDING ROADWAY/CIVIL DESIGN. EXPERIENCE IN MICROSTATION CAD SOFTWARE PREFERRED AND GEOPAK IS A PLUS. MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE U.S. WILLING CONSIDER APPLICANTS FROM OTHER STATES IF THEY ARE WILLING TO RELOCATE.
