MONITOR SERVERS, RESOND TO SERVER ALERTS, ANSWER HELP DESK TICKETS, ADD FEATURE TO ACCOUNTS, ANSWER LEVEL III TECH QUESTIONS, ANSWER LUNARFORUM THREADS, MISC DUTIES AS ASSIGNED. FULL TIME ONLY; MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE. PAYS $12/HR CONTRACT.

Qualifications and Requirements for this Computer, Information Technology position:
SHELL EXPERIENCE, LINUX, MySQL, PHP, PERL, SHELL SCRIPTING, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, ANALYTICAL SKILLS, TEAM ATTITUDE, PREVIOUS SERVER ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE. ASP AND JSP HELPFUL. MUST HAVE RELIABLE INTERNET CONNECTION, KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE PRINCIPLES, TECHNIQUES, SYSTEMS, STANDARDS.
