Work Description:
As a Consumer Strategist, Global, you must posses a track record of passion for exploring and understanding international cultures, along with the proven ability to translate cultural observations into marketing opportunities. Ideal candidate should demonstrate authentic experience or expertise in the cultures of one or more of the following countries: Brazil, Russia, India, China, Korea, Japan, France, U.K, and Germany, particularly India, Germany, Russia, or France. In addition, expertise in the areas of travel and leisure, food and beverage, health and beauty, or home and retail is desirable. Must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally, and comfortable and confident in interacting with high-level corporate executives. Fluency in non-English languages a plus.

Responsibilities:
* Interpret international consumer trends to derive actionable insights and marketing applications for Iconoculture’s Fortune 1000 clients
* Lead in the development of innovative consumer and market research models
* Coordinate regional coverage of industry and consumer trend information, including managing insight flow from Cultural Fluents around the world
* Contextualize trend information according to STEEP factors
* Accurately identify and analyze current and emerging consumer trends employing observational methodology
* Classify consumer insights according to generations and consumer lifestyle categories
* Learn and become fluent in the use of Company’s proprietary trends framework (Consumer Values, Macrotrends, Metatrends)
* Develop, write, and present high-value synthesized reports and presentations
* Be an integral part of growing Company’s team
