Work Description:
ALSO INVOLVES SOME WORK OUTSIDE THE HOME, FLEXIBLE.
We are in search of Independent Contractors to compile information from Public Land Records recorded at the County Clerk/Recorder of deeds. These are not temporary positions. Work assignments will be ongoing and will require an organized and reliable individual to cover each territory.
A laptop computer or PDA/keyboard is helpful, but not necessary. A home computer with internet access is required. You must be able to work well independently, be a self starter, and have some computer experience. We will train you via a remote training program.
Your pay is based on data volume. A weekly income estimate will be made available to you based on your State and County of preference. Weekly income estimates are based on recording volume and will vary from county to county. A counties recording volume will stay about the same from week to week.
Most recorders report an hourly earnings rate of $15-18 (Data entry speed will vary for each individual) If you would be interested in finding out more about the territories that are available in your area, please respond to this ad a.s.a.p. Some territories are open for immediate assignment and preference will be given to first available contractor. Requires some time outside the home but flexible hours.
