Work Description:
Sunlark Research is now looking for courthouse researchers in various counties. This is a permanent part-time independent contract position. Earnings depend on typing speed, volume of available records, and each county's computer system (or lack thereof). These assignments require the courthouse researcher to visit their local county courthouse(s) and collect mortgage and other information weekly/biweekly and enter that into a database or spreadsheet. This is a work-from-home position, not a work-AT-home position. You will have to go out and visit the courthouses during regular business hours Monday through Friday.
