Work Description:
The Candidate Recruitment Specialist will implement a plan to increase the number of qualified candidates registering with service. He or she will contacting key individuals at colleges and universities and working collaboratively with state coordinators to ensure presence or materials at all instate job fairs. The Candidate Recruitment Specialist will also work with the Marketing Manager to establish relationships with on-campus education associations, provide formal updates to state department of education contacts, and represent company at national job fairs and conferences as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements for this Miscellaneous Category position:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
a minimum of three years of customer service, recruiting, marketing, training or management experience
computer proficiency, to include Word, Excel, and the internet
strong project management and organizational skills
comfortable with making formal presentations both in person and via the telephone in a personable manner
ability to work comfortably on the phone and computer for extended periods of time
the capability and desire to work from home
ability to travel throughout the United States as necessary (approximately 4-6 times a year)
has high speed Internet capability (DSL or cable modem)
lives in and is authorized to work in the United States
high motivation and persistence levels
The following experiences are desired but not required:
CRM software knowledge
working in the field of education
Base compensation is $32K-$36K with a competitive benefits package and potential bonuses. We also cover Internet, phone, and travel expenses.
