We are a professional engineering firm focusing on building simulation models.
One of our areas of expertise is to perform engineered cost segregation studies for commercial properties valued at from $1M to $100M. Cost Segregation is the IRS approved method of re-classifying components and improvements of a company?s commercial building from real property to personal property.
We are looking for a Business Development Consultant who will market our service to individuals with commercial real estate.
