Work Description:
Lead the customer in the development of business processes that effectively support Company’s Arthur applications.
* Facilitates analysis sessions to define a customer’s current business processes and identify changes required to successfully implement Company’s applications.
* Provides change management leadership to assist the customer with implementing new or changed business processes in their organization.
* Provides other functional consulting to the customer which includes:
* Develops business process maps
* Develops functional specifications for modifications to Company applications
* Develops test plans and scripts, and supports customer testing efforts
* Develops training materials
* Trains end users
* Provides functional support to customer during implementation and rollout phases

Qualifications and Requirements for this Miscellaneous Category position:
- 3+ years experience in the retail industry with an emphasis in providing information systems, merchandise control or retail consulting.
- 3+ years experience working with or implementing planning, allocation and assortment systems.
- Proven understanding of retail planning systems from a functional and business process perspective.
- Experience working with JDA’s Arthur Planning Suite; Arthur Planning, Rapid and Assortment preferred.
- Ability to make sound decisions with a high degree of problem solving capability.
- Proven troubleshooting skills and good client relationship skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and experience, particularly with senior levels of management.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Capable of facilitating the following; design sessions, conflict resolutions, brainstorming, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills to include the ability to mentor, coach, and train.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Well organized and consistently meets commitments.
- Flexible and maintains a teamwork attitude.
- Extensive travel required (approximately 50-80%).
