I don't know my User ID and password.
If you don't know your User ID and password, remember that your User ID will always be the original COMPLETE email address that you used when you first joined. Your password will be the password that you selected. You were asked to save that information when it was first emailed to you and it is your responsibility to keep those records. If you don't remember your User ID and password you may be able to find it on your computer as an email from us. The word "Welcome" will be in the subject line of the email that we sent you. If you still have no way of knowing your User ID and password, please email our Customer Service Department. We will be very happy to research the User ID and password for you again at no additional charge. We will have to charge a $12.50 PREPAID Research Fee for additional researches of your User ID and password in the future so please don't lose the information!

Whoops! I'm 100% sure I'm entering the User ID and password correctly but I keep getting a "Whoops" message.
Please be sure you are entering your User ID and password EXACTLY as it appeared in your original "Welcome" email. It must be exact. You must use the ENTIRE email address, and you must use all lower case letters. If you keep getting a "Whoops" message ask our Password Tool to re-send you your User ID and password, and then copy/paste it into the boxes to log in.

I can log in but I can't view CONTACT INFORMATION for the jobs.
If you're able to log in successfully but can not view contact information for a listing when you click to view it, do the following:
1. Change your Windows and browser settings to fully allow Java Script.
2. Disable any Pop-Up Window Blockers that may be preventing our contact window to open.
3. If steps 1 and 2 don't work, try accessing our site from a different browser. There is likely something wrong with the browser you're using.
Your Java setting can be changed when you've finished viewing our website if you prefer to keep this setting disabled, but most websites on the internet use Java scripts and doing so may continue to give you problems.

I don't know how to log in.
Using your membership is easy! When you click on any Member Only feature of our website, such as the "Jobs" button, our system will AUTOMATICALLY give you a box that asks you for your User ID & password. Just be sure you enter the User ID & password EXACTLY as it appeared on your "Welcome" email and you'll be able to log in instantly! You can also log in from the "Member Login" link on almost any page of our website.

There is no place to enter my User ID and password.
If you are unable to get a log in box to enter your User ID & password you have probably allowed your browser (usually Explorer) to enter your User ID & password for you automatically and it is not correct. If this is the case, you'll need to go back into your browser's password file and delete or change the User ID & password so it is correct or so you can automatically enter it. We can not provide the technical instruction for your browser.

I use a Macintosh and am having problems using your site.
IF YOU USE A MACINTOSH COMPUTER AND CAN LOG IN BUT CAN NOT SEE JOBS...
The problem you're experiencing has nothing to do with our site. Macintosh's Safari browser has "issues" and is not fully internet compatible. Please visit the Macintosh website for free solutions to correct the problem on your computer and then visit our site again. This link may help you: http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/safari.html
You can also download a free copy of a Mac-compatible FIREFOX browser here: http://www.mozilla.org/download.html

Nothing is working. Help!
Our site is VERY user-friendly and easy-to-use by all fully internet compatible computers. Because of this, problems using our site have nothing to do with our website 99.9% of the time.
If you're certain that your system is accepting Java, that you do not have a popup blocker blocking the job contact information, that you are using a fully internet compatible computer and you are 100% certain that you are entering the right User ID and password and nothing is working, you can try logging in from a different computer or download a clean copy of the FireFox browser and try logging in with that. Downloading Firefox is free and easy and will solve your problem if you have a browser problem
If logging in from a different computer or installing and using Firefox doesn't work, please email us our Customer Service Department so we can help you. Your email will need to include ALL of the following:
- The date you joined.
- What system and browser you're using.
- Whether or not you received our original "Welcome" email and the "Thank you" email.
- EXACTLY what you are typing for the User ID and password
- EXACTLY what is happening on your system (including specifically and exactly what happens, and when, what the error message is and exactly when the problem is happening.)
- EXACTLY what steps you have taken to correct the problem and the results of the changes.
When you email us please include ALL of this information in your email or we can not help you solve the problem. So we can help you fastest, please mark the subject "Help!".
